8-10 Grand Avenue was originally built as a factory in 1877, converted into residential units in the late 1990’s, and registered as an IMD Loft Building a few years later. Workable City purchased the building in July 2018. Located across the street from the Navy Yard, the Property is roughly 85,000 SF, including 15,000 SF of ground floor commercial space and 52 total units. Workable City will resolve long-term deferred maintenance issues with the building and complete the legalization process to provide true loft apartments and commercial spaces in the Navy Yard Submarket.
